My goal is to get you into your power.
Whoever is able to manage his or her health, will also be successful in other areas of life, whether in career, partnership or in the realization of their own dreams and goals.
Where do you want to take the time to make the right treatments … while you are doing everything in the job, partnership, friends and perhaps even children try to get together?
Together with you, I choose your personal Ayurveda health management and your set goal. There are time windows even after the job or on Saturday. For example, at Easter I offer a 5-day course. I also give weekend workshops, cooking classes and seminars. It is very important to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. With the ThetaHealing® method, you can quickly pass away from old beliefs, blockages and negative experiences. A liberation strike for you and your topics. I myself came to the ThetaHealing® through my own themes and was so enthusiastic that I did the professional training to pass this efficient method of self healing. It’s all there already, I’ll show you how it works.
I drive Ayurveda and ThetaHealing® because I have a tick for health, nutrition, yoga and people who want to change something in their lives and realize that everything is linked.
My personality is described as straightforward, direct, open, emphatic and binding.
In Germany, I was most recently the marketing manager / umbrella of an international group. At the end of the 90s I emigrated to Switzerland (and never regretted it) because of love. Until 2013, I worked as a GL assistant in various groups.
YURVEDA GESUNDHEIT ZÜRICHSEE / STÄFA office activity has not satisfied me for many years. It took some time to find a new vocation, many experiences were necessary. With the decision in Ayurveda “health care” to saddle, came again movement and joy in my (professional) life.
Today, I am a creative, motivated and solution-oriented Ayurveda and ThetaHealing® therapist during the day, and in the other time … let my mind go, make yoga, CrossFit training, support my 17-year-old son and accompany my man to his windsurf regattas ,
I am a Pitta-girl and constantly in motion.
