My name is Carla Schmidt-Flepp, born and grew up in Disentis GR. Since 1982 I live in Meggen and am a mother of 3 children. At this point I would like to tell you how I came to Ayurveda. In 1996, I was not so good at health. My dear neighbor gave me a voucher for a foot massage after Nick Durrer. We accompany you on your way to health, vitality and well-being, be it with wellness or therapies.
As private lessons and in small groups from about 6 weeks to 6 month. Also available as gift voucher.
The yoga classes (from 3 participants) take place every Wednesday, Friday and on the first and third Saturday of each month.
